The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very central and close to many attractions and eateries. the common area was very pleasant with comfortable desks to work at. the reliable internet and co-working set up made it a great space for digital nomads.
The lack of bed curtains in the dorms was a bit inconvenient, as it lacked privacy. the small lockers were not suitable for storing luggage, and having to pay for both the lock and towel felt like an unnecessary expense.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me, with clear pathways and comfortable seating areas. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail in ensuring that the facilities were senior-friendly, such as having handrails in the common areas and easily accessible elevators. It made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information and recommendations specifically catered to senior travelers. While the staff were friendly, I felt that they could have been more proactive in offering suggestions for activities or sights that would be suitable for older individuals.

Great location, right in the center and close to everything. the room size was also impressive, very spacious and comfortable. the decor was beautiful and the cleanliness of the place was top-notch.
The WiFi signal was very weak and didn't reach the room. the shared bathroom facilities were not well-maintained, with a tiny bin that was constantly overflowing.

I chose this hotel specifically for attending a council because they provide a business centre. It was convenient to have access to these facilities during my stay and it helped me with my work responsibilities.
The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong wifi connection. It was essential for me to have a stable internet connection throughout my stay, but unfortunately, the wifi was not working consistently.

The staff was super chill and helped us plan some epic nights out in Madrid. They even organized a pub crawl for all the guests, which was insane! We ended up partying until the early hours of the morning and made so many new friends from all over the world. It was a total party paradise!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a rooftop terrace or outdoor area where we could have some crazy rooftop parties. Don't get me wrong, the hostel had a great vibe and all, but a rooftop party would have taken our experience to a whole new level.

The hostel had a great location, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It was really convenient to have a dedicated workspace within the hostel, as I work remotely. the coworking tables were comfortable and well-lit, and I had plenty of space to spread out and work.
One aspect that I didn't like was the lack of reception and the difficulty in reaching them at the emergency number. It was also unfortunate that there was one rude staff member in the morning who accused me of smoking from the balcony, even though I wasn't.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always available. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the whole space was spotless. I also loved the little benches on the balcony, which provided some private space. The location was great, allowing me to easily explore the city.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a blast playing billiards on my own at the hostel and feeling like the coolest person ever. The location was perfect, close to all the touristy stuff, so I didn't have to walk too much.
Oh great, just what I always wanted - a hostel near the airport! Said no one ever.

During our stay at this unique establishment, we had the opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Madrid and take part in some of the exciting tours and activities organized by the property. From lively tapas crawls through the charming streets of La Latina to informative museum visits, we found ourselves immersed in the rich culture and history of Madrid. It was a wonderful way for our family to bond and create lasting memories together.
My children wanted to have an outdoor play area or a designated space for kids to enjoy.

The value for money at Santo - Coworking - Coliving was exceptional, with a cozy and welcoming room. The central location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better, like a wider variety of pastries or fresh fruit options.
